New Family, New Home, New Friends

It's been a couple of months I moved to East Java for my new path of life after graduated, working in Pandaan, Pasuruan, far from home. I feel that I'm very blessed for having such easy life here. A week staying in friends' house for first shelter, he and his wife are really good hosts. His parents even treat me like I'm their own child. They facilitated me with everything I need as I was a newcomer.

Then finally got a comfy boarding house for living by my own. It's really in the middle of nowhere, but it is with alluring views, three mountains in one line, Mount Arjuna, Mount Ringgit, and Mount Linting. It is embellished with green and yellow paddy fields and blue sky in the daylight. Meanwhile, when the sun has set down, it is shifted to twinkling of lights of houses and hotels in the slopes named Bukit Tretes.

Talking about friends, well they are super friendly and helpful. As a new staff, I have no difficulties in adapting myself with them. I guess it's because they're truly good people. Taking me to look around the city, sending me off to boarding house, and picking me up in early morning to office.

What a easy life, isn't it?

But when the time comes, a time that one single thing lets me deep down. And the thoughts come telling me that I could not take it. I think I would not continue it. I would give up.

Wait a minute!!! That ain't right. Have I forgotten that I have those above stuff supporting me. New family, new home, and new friends. "Wake up!" I'm telling to myself. Yes, I have them here. No reason to flap a white flag. Live my new life.

And one more thing. I remember for whom I have taken this far. Mom and Dad. :)
